I found this rather interesting after recently watching Jake Kotze's interview on Red Ice Live, highlighting the falling setlight (sirius star) scene from The Truman Show. This also has the sync-wink of the presenter's double-A name, Andy Akinwolere.
Blue Peter has a naughtical theme as it is the name of the flag hoisted by a ship in port, ready to sail. The show's theme tune is also a sea-shanty.
Of course, recently in the news we have the Sirius Star Ship captured by Somalian pirates.
